The Satre Group Principal, John Schmidt, served as project landscape architect while employed with LanDesign West, Inc. (now A & O Engineering LLC). John’s responsibilities included the a new master plan and complete redesign of the existing campground in conjunction with the redesign and upgrade to the hot-spring-fed main pool facilities. The facility provides a unique camping and swimming opportunity to visitors.

Elements of the design include studies of interpretive areas along the Warm Springs River adjacent to the campground.
