Tucked away in an industrial neighborhood in West Eugene, Mountain Rose Herbs is a vibrant corporate headquarters and distribution center for a successful local company. The Satre Group provided land use planning, site planning, and landscape design services for the facility. Services also included designing an on-site stormwater detention pond seamlessly linking site drainage to the adjacent Amazon Creek. Within that hydric connection, Satre provided a low-elevation connection for low-flow water and a high-elevation connection for amphibian species migration.
